Data processing authorisation and image authorisation Metromusika

By virtue of the Personal Data Protection regulations, we inform you that the video and the information provided will be processed by Metro Bilbao SA as data manager and controller.

It will be processed to manage the competition that you wish to participate in; processing is necessary to carry out the competition per the legal bases for this call for entries, and by submitting your data you declare that you have obtained the consent and authorisation of all the persons identifiable in the material submitted. Metro Bilbao SA is exonerated from any liability that may arise due to a lack of authorisation by third parties who may be affected by the images.

Please note that the videos may be published in the context of the competition promotion and transparency activities, and will be kept until the completion of the competition and and any responsibilities that may derive therefrom.

In addition, per the terms and conditions of the competition, Metro Bilbao SA will capture and publish images and sound of the musical performance that, where appropriate, will be held at its facilities and images and sound that may be used to promote the event or its successive editions, as well as to improve the dissemination and repercussion of the event.

 Please not that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion, limitation of processing or opposition, and the right to data portability for the processing of your data and/or publication of the video received or images and voice captured. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, being the the supervisory authority, or contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@metrobilbao.eus
